About our guest
Senator Mike Lee represents the state of Utah. He is a lawyer and a former clerk for the U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. In private practice, Mike Lee worked for Sidley & Austin specializing in appellate and Supreme Court litigation. He continued this type of work serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Salt Lake City. In the U.S. Senate, Mike Lee serves on the Judiciary Committee and on the Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Subcommittee.
