“Was Hume sceptical of the existence of necessary features of law?”

Abstract:
In this paper I consider Hume’s scepticism about claims to knowledge, and the impact this plays in considerations about law consisting of necessary features. I consider Hume’s necessity argument in relation to H.L.A Hart’s minimum content of natural law thesis.
